Caledon venue coordination
A Bolton banquet room, a Caledon East community event, a Palgrave or Inglewood estate, and a celebration near Alton, Cheltenham, or Mono Mills can each have different driveway, parking, surface, power, loading, and permit conditions.

Send the correct entrance, gate instructions, driveway surface, unloading point, vendor parking, stairs, door widths, and the equipment route to the booth position. Confirm whether the route remains lit and weather-safe after dark.

For a barn, tent, patio, or other outdoor-adjacent setup, identify the level covered position, standard power source, cable route, weather backup, and temperature plan. Do not rely on an unapproved generator or an exposed extension route.

Town of Caledon rentals may require an organizer's vendor listing and proof of insurance from each vendor. Share the signed facility agreement, booked access window, room name, scheduler instructions, and document deadline before setup.

Public events on Town property begin with a Special Event application. Caledon publishes minimum lead times of four weeks for up to 100 attendees, three months for 101 to 499, and six months for 500 or more, with site-plan, insurance, and safety details required.
