Attended DSLR booth service

The setup includes DSLR photo quality, studio-style lighting, props, and a white or marble backdrop. An attendant operates the booth throughout the active Caledon service window.

Unlimited prints and QR sharing

Guests receive unlimited on-site 4x6 prints while the booth is operating and can use instant QR sharing for a digital copy during the event.

Custom design and event gallery

The included print template can follow names, a date, celebration colours, a monogram, or approved brand assets. A digital gallery is delivered after the Caledon event.

Map rural and private-property access

Send the correct entrance, gate instructions, driveway surface, unloading point, vendor parking, stairs, door widths, and the equipment route to the booth position. Confirm whether the route remains lit and weather-safe after dark.

Confirm stable shelter and power

For a barn, tent, patio, or other outdoor-adjacent setup, identify the level covered position, standard power source, cable route, weather backup, and temperature plan. Do not rely on an unapproved generator or an exposed extension route.

Register the booth as a Town-facility vendor

Town of Caledon rentals may require an organizer's vendor listing and proof of insurance from each vendor. Share the signed facility agreement, booked access window, room name, scheduler instructions, and document deadline before setup.

Start public-event planning early

Public events on Town property begin with a Special Event application. Caledon publishes minimum lead times of four weeks for up to 100 attendees, three months for 101 to 499, and six months for 500 or more, with site-plan, insurance, and safety details required.

Caledon weddings and receptions

Coordinate booth opening with cocktail hour, dinner, speeches, and dancing. For an estate, barn, or tent reception, confirm the exact structure, vendor entrance, level floor, power, shelter, and late-night equipment route.

Birthdays, showers, and family parties

Carry the guest of honour, event colours, or celebration theme into the custom template while unlimited prints let families and friend groups return throughout the booked hours.

Corporate and community events

For Caledon staff parties, fundraisers, festivals, galas, or public events, provide the run of show, approved brand assets, room or site plan, facility conditions, and an on-site organizer contact before setup.
