Book enough setup and cleanup time
The Town says access is limited to the time shown on the facility permit and setup and cleanup time must be included in the booking. Reserve the complete vendor window, then send the entrance, unloading point, room name, booth position, and on-site contact.

Aurora Town Square includes the Davide De Simone Performance Hall, Brevik Hall, program rooms, and Mirkopoulos Plateia. Confirm the exact contracted space, approved floor plan, guest capacity, tables, electrical access, production restrictions, and staff instructions instead of relying on the complex name alone.

Allow for Town Square lead time
The Town Square guide asks for performance-hall and major-event booking requests at least 60 days in advance. Treat that as a planning minimum for applicable bookings and wait for the Town's confirmation before finalizing the booth location or vendor schedule.

Separate permits from event resources
Aurora's third-party event guide says an approved permit does not include the resources needed to set up, operate, or clean up the event. Confirm permitted hydro and water locations, vendor equipment, cable protection, insurance, weather backup, labour, and site access with the organizer and Town.
