Newmarket venue coordination
A historic Main Street or Riverwalk Commons event, a hall near Doug Duncan Drive, and a private celebration serving Stonehaven, Summerhill, Glenway, Woodland Hill, Armitage, Bristol-London, or Huron Heights can each have different parking, loading, room, and power conditions.

For Main Street and Riverwalk Commons-area events, separate guest parking from the vendor unloading plan. Send the correct entrance, reserved access time, door or elevator route, room name, booth position, and on-site contact before arrival.

Newmarket Community Centre and Lions Hall, the Magna Centre, Newmarket Seniors' Meeting Place, and Ray Twinney Recreation Complex offer different rooms and capacities. Confirm the contracted room, approved layout, setup window, tables, electrical access, and clear guest route.

The Town says applicable hall and park paperwork—including the signed contract, insurance certificate, and payment—must be submitted at least 14 days before the rental. Follow the booking administrator's current document and access instructions.

Newmarket requires permits for park rentals, and Fairy Lake Pavilion or other parks may not be exclusively bookable during summer programming. Not every outdoor venue has electrical access, so identify the permitted site, approved power, outdoor-rated cable route, cable mats, weather backup, and insurance conditions.
